Dear colleague,
HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht would like to invite you, and your colleagues, to our Open House – Campus Visit on Tuesday 26 September 2023.
We have prepared a nice and informative programme which will allow you to see our campus, meet your relevant contacts from HU, and (if you like) explore our medieval city centre.
The programme
09.15 Organised pick-up from Rotterdam Ahoy (location of the EAIE conference)
10.30 Arrival at Utrecht Science Park (USP)
10.45 Kick off with HU introduction
11.15 Market place – visits on programme level
12.00 Campus tour
12.45 Lunch
13.30 Utrecht City Tour (or transport back to Rotterdam – see below)
We will take you on a city tour through the beautiful, medieval city of Utrecht. We will share with you some historical insights and give you a taste of our famous local beers. Also you will have the chance to meet the colleagues of Utrecht Summer School.
16.00 Return to Rotterdam Ahoy
Transport between Utrecht and Rotterdam
We will pick you up by bus at 9.15 hrs. at Rotterdam Ahoy (EAIE Annual Conference venue) and escort you to our premises at Utrecht Science Park.
After lunch, at around 13.30 hrs. you can choose to go back to Rotterdam with our bus OR join us to get a taste of the amazing, medieval, student-friendly and student-dense city of Utrecht.
We will make sure to take the city-explorers back by bus on time, to attend the EAIE Opening Reception in Rotterdam.
